If you wish you can change your order within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.
ONLINE CHANGES IN SPAIN
You can make one change of size, model or color for each order placed. To do so, please follow the instructions below:
You must send your order to the following address: c / Montesa 39, Escalera izq Atico 1, C.P. 28006, Madrid. To the attention of NAPE THE BRAND. We recommend you to send the order certified, in order to track it (Nape is not responsible for returns lost without tracking).
Once we receive the order, if it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to the return.
COSTS
Nape the Brand is not responsible for the costs of the return.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labeling intact, properly packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer.

Send an email with your order number to hello@napethebrand.com with the subject "CHANGE OF CLOTHING" indicating that you want to make a change in your order.
